I arrived in Bath on Saturday, October 3rd. I got no sleep on the plane and was feeling a little rough. But the city of Bath itself is so beautiful that I overcame my tiredness and spent the day exploring the city. This is a picture of Pulteney Bridge crossing the river Avon.

The next day I visited the Roman Baths. I had seen Roman baths before but never with water still in the baths coming from a live hot spring.

On Monday I left Bath by train for my next destination - Oxford!
