London!

On Wednesday, October 7th I took the bus from Oxford to London. I had been to London once before, and seen sights like Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London. Still, I couldn't resist walking through Westminster to see some of the classic sights.

But most of my trip to London was spent in Soho and Covent Garden, in pubs and restaurants and exploring the shops and markets.

Covent Garden Market

Borough Market meat pie stand. I also tried wild boar sausage at this market and later had roast pigeon in a pub. I plan on eating a lot of salad for the next few days. ;-)

Milenium Bridge with Saint Paul's Cathedral in the distance

London Waterloo train station, en route to Hampton Court Palace

Hampton Court Palace. I actually did get lost in the maze here for a while.

Greenwich. It was rainy on my last day in London and I kind of ran through Greenwich. But I think it might be nice here on a sunny day.

I ended up back in London, where I went on a final pub crawl before flying out to Copenhagen the next morning. The last pub of the night was The Cross Keys, which I had visited once before on my first trip to London. This place is very chill and was a perfect end to my London stay.
